ABOUT DENNI

I first studied Pilates when I was working as a dancer, it helped me recover from an injury and then remain injury free. As a choreographer I continued to explore this amazing technique throughout my working life, using aspects of it to help singers and actors look and feel at their very best.

After 40 years of incorporating Joseph Pilates’ exercises in my every day life I felt inspired to study his work in more depth, and graduated with the Pilates Nation Passport Teaching Qualification, an intensive and thorough training in the science and practice of classical Pilates.

As a Pilates Instructor I enjoy seeing students gain a greater awareness of how their body and mind can work together more effectively and more efficiently to achieve their personal goals. I believe in creating exercise classes that are fun, stimulating and challenging. I choreograph each session to help my students develop at their own pace and discover renewed strength, flexibility and mobility.
